What is required to use a test?

In order to complete a test online you will require the following:

1. A computer connected to the Internet.
2. Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher, Mozilla Firefox version 1.0 or higher, Google Chrome version 4.0 or higher or Apple Safari version 3.0 or higher.
3. A screen resolution of at least 800x600. Higher Resolutions will provide best results.
4. Windows Media Player 7.0 or higher for tests with audio support.

Our Predictor Tests, online examinations and online courses may ONLY be purchased online using either Visa or MasterCard. We provide a secure Internet credit card transaction to ensure that your personal credit card information is protected and that the purchase can be completed in a safe and timely fashion. Our website does not support debit card payments.

What do I do if I lose my username and password?

When purchasing the Predictor Test, the username and password are provided to you using two different methods. First, your username and password are presented on the website to allow you to write down the information or to print the information on your local printer. Second, a record of your purchase is automatically sent to the email address that you provided when completing the purchase. This email message also contains a record of your assigned username and password. If you have lost this email message and are unable to find your username and password, please contact Canada’s Testing Company.

In order to take one of our online examinations, Predictor Tests or courses, your computer must allow pop-ups from this website. To set this up, please follow these instructions:

Internet Explorer
• Click the Tools button on the menu bar
• Point to Pop-up Blocker
• Click Pop-up Blocker Settings
• In the Address of website to allow box type the address www.asitest.ca
• Click Add
• Click Close

Mozilla Firefox
• When blocking a pop-up, Firefox displays an information bar, as well as an icon in the status bar
• When you click either the Options button in the information bar or the icon in the status bar, a menu is displayed
• Click Allow pop-ups for this site to allow pop-ups from www.asitest.ca

Google Chrome
• Whenever the browser blocks pop-ups for a site, the icon appears in the address bar
• Click the icon in the address bar
• Click Always show pop-ups from www.asitest.ca
• www.asitest.ca will be added to the exceptions list, which you can manage in the Content Settings dialog

Apple Safari
• To quickly enable pop-up windows, open the Edit menu and remove the checkmark next to Block Pop-Up Windows

To get back to your test, follow these instructions:

• Close your web browser.
• Re-open your web browser.
• Go back to www.asitest.ca
• Under “PREDICTOR TESTS”, select “CPNRE Predictor Tests”.
• Click “Login”.
• Log back in using your username and password.
• You can then continue on with your Predictor Test.
